• What is the dress code?

Dress code is formal. Long dresses and cocktail dresses are appropriate - whatever makes you feel best. Suits of any color are great. The reception and ceremony will be held outdoors on woodchips, so I wouldn’t recommend stilettos unless you’re feeling adventurous.

If you’re looking for a color recommendation, darker colors would be perfect! Black is great. (“Obviously.” - Katherine)

  • How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

We’ll be providing shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue, stopping at the recommended hotels on the “Travel & Lodging” page. We’ll be communicating the shuttle schedule closer to the wedding.

Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis are NOT available around the venue - so please don’t plan on using those services!

  • Is there parking at the wedding venue?

There is very limited parking at the venue. We’d recommend utilizing the shuttle service. If you definitely must park at the venue, please let us know and we can make sure you have space.

  • Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

No. We’re paying for an awesome photographer, and we both want our professional photos to be free from phones during the ceremony. This will also be communicated before the ceremony.

  • Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception take place outside?

Yes - pending weather. We’re planning on having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception outside. Dinner will be inside the house.

Historically, the temperature in Fleischmanns has been between 60-75 in mid-September. Please plan appropriately!

  • Can I bring a date and/or my kids?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

  • Will there be an open bar?

We will be providing an open bar with two signature cocktails, as well as beer and wine.

  • What if I have more questions?

That’s totally fine! Feel free to text/call Katherine or Jonathan and ask ANYTHING. We’re here to help and want to make this a fun, stress-free time for all of our loved ones.
